Sad times. It is awful indeed. Especially as they were doing something so innocent and with fun intentions such as going to the films. No one ever thinks that that will be the last time they are going to see their loved ones. 🙁 RIP.

Me too. Having said that…
1) ISHAQZAADE. Haven’t seen it yet but whoa it looks good and I think I like Parineeti Chopra better than Prinks… Prinks has fat lips, eww! 😛
2) Karishma Kapoor’s new movie. Yes it looks a bit crap and B-grade but it’s Karishma Kapoor and I will pay any amount of money to make this a box office success so that we can see more of Karishma on the big screen. Much prefer her natural grace to Bebo’s. Tu Hi Rab Tu Hi Dua is a nice, addictive tune!
3) Is Madhuri Dixit doing a new movie?

Also, last movie = Inglorious B-ds. Yes, a little slow on the uptake I know but wow. The movie actually has Quentin written all over it, albeit in a toned down, more subtle way. Was a little disappointed with the ending though. I expected something that would leave ‘bamBOOM!’ expression on me. Instead I was just left craving for… that extra oomph. Not to say the crazy ending in the film was not crazy enough, it was really good. But still.

Last Bollywood – sigh. I can’t even remember. 🙁

Guys, I am trying to get rid of the spam slowly. My computer keeps going SO slowly every time I have too many tabs open and believe me it is depressing me as much as it is depressing you to see all the spam on here!! If any of the other moderators are seeing this, could you please try and merge all the spam topics into one topic so that it will be easier to just delete the whole lot in one smooth (SWEET, SWEET!!!) strike? I am trying to gather all the topics into one single thread, I think you will see one of the threads below – some watch online advertisement thread – with 10+ posts in it, I’m just putting them all in there for now. If you felt like it, could you please keep adding to that thread? I think I will also ban all the users in that thread once I have gotten them all together in one place.

Or you could just do it however you are happy with and just delete them as you go along, no particular method to this madness really… lol.

BL: aaaahhhhh I’ve been SEARCHING for this post amidst the SEA of “$&^%(*&(*&^%^ spam!!! Maine Pyaar Kiya oh my DAYS what an angel of a movie. I miss it.

I can’t remember the exact prices now (for the quantities had), but I think I remember a cosmopolitan costing around INR 1500 or so. I remember thinking, meh, you only live once 😛 lol. I think it can vary. I am equally curious to check out the party scene in India, from what I’ve read on other forums if you go to the right place without the weirdos, the are far more ‘forward’ and ‘Westernised’ than the West itself :O Teehee, did you manage to investigate more around the topic of your friends/family in India? 😀

Last Bollywood movie I saw – KAHAANI OHMYGODWOW. GO WATCH IT if you haven’t already. The film is stunning, I really really enjoyed the storyline and the scripting and the contrasts and parallels with Vidya’s story (kahaani) and the backdrop of Durga Pujo and the way they shot Calcutta wow! The acting was wonderful by Vidya Balan, I have fallen in love all the more with her after this movie. Thank goodness some of the women in Bollywood are at least doing substantial and equally sexy roles. The supporting cast were all also excellent. The direction was EXCELLENT, the director really knows how to narrate and show a story to his audience… Sujoy Ghosh I think he is called? Hmm… a name to watch out for, definitely!

Hollywood – Valentine’s Day LOL. I rented it because I needed mush to take my mind of work. 😛 It was alright, nothing overly brilliant but nothing too dull either.

BTW, have you been watching any more episodes of Modern Family? Was it you I was discussing it with, the JOYS and WONDERS of Modern Family? I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the show! <3

Is there any way to make becoming a member a lot less easy for automated spamming… bots? (Is that what they’re called?) They are absolutely clogging up the forum, and each of those usernames has about 10 – 15 spam posts so I am banning the obvious-looking spammers, but then it’s a case of going through ALL the spam posts and deleting them and each one goes through a few steps to get the posts deleted in the first place.

I know other forums do this thing where you have to e-mail the forum admin(s) to state that you have read the terms and conditions and state your intention of joining the forum and then they will confirm you as a member of the forum, could something similar be done, please? I know that might be a bit too much because I know there are a lot of requests for translations, but anything along those lines? I feel it is too easy to become a member and there is no one (as far as I understand) to keep checks on whether they are genuine posters or spammers? Maybe even something simple like word verification, if that isn’t there already, maybe? (I have not tried to create a second identity so I wouldn’t know what the process is exactly like to become a member.)

So I guess my next question is, is there any way to QUICKLY delete spam posts? Like, a simple checkbox or something that we can check and then at the end of the page, we can simply press ‘Delete Posts’… kind of like how it would work on e-mails? Or like in Facebook where you can choose to delete a single post quite staightforwardly?

It's so cute and hilarious! My best friends all seem to have cats but I am NOT a cat person… at all! I even have some sort of a sick twisted phobia of cats, just, literally, cannot cannot cannot stand them! So slithery and creepy and oddly flexible and ugh those eyes on dear God… HATE EM!!! But doggies, I can just about handle. <3 Why Rocco? Is he your first pet? What are you up to these days?

oh, and to keep on topic – BOL IS FANTASTIC. A MUST WATCH. AND I ONLY WATCHED THE PG-IN-FLIGHT-VERSION! It is so horrible and so painful and you feel actual hatred towards some of the characters then you look back and think, oh wow… is this movie THAT GOOD that i got into all that?! It is so beautiful.
