On screen Jeetendra sang this song to Babita who played the role of Sunita. You guys probably do not remember either Jeetendra or Babita but Jeetendra is the father of Tushar and Ekta Kapoor and Babita is the mother of Karishma and Kareena Kapoor. Jeetendra and Babita were in several movies together. One other piece of trivia is that Jeetendra is the one who started the trend of the hero dancing in Bollywood movies. Prior to Jeetendra only Shammi Kapoor jumped or pranced around in movies. Jeetendra started the actual dancing. Farz was a James Bond type of action movie but unlike James Bond our hero was not into one night stands. He loved her forever or rather till the movie ended.
