Please don't consider this an attack or 'finger pointing'! It most definitely is not!!! I received an email yest morning Telling me to fix it…off coz I had no clue wat it meant until I saw senor post.. – Yes you did. And I don't apologize for it! Alie, I don't feel that you are entirely responsible for Senor leaving. I agree that you don't “have that much of an effect” on this decision. I do however feel this was the catalyst. I don't think you recognize the effect your outbursts have on others.I literally drove ppl around me craze yesterday asking the most absurd questions, crying on the fone with my clients because …it just went craze from there on…!!! Ie my emotions simply took over and I just let it:) – Reflect on this behavior Alie. You did this at your place of business and included clients!!!! The drinking reference wasn't lost on me either!
