SenorJalapenoParticipantCongratulations Shakalaka. You could not have chosen a more exotic location for your honeymoon. I know this is none of my business but if you are in Bali, here are a few suggestions:
Air Saneh is a great beach and you can wash off in the fresh water springs after. Batur has a beautiful crater-lake. Besakih is one of the most important religious destinations in Bali. Candi Dasa on the Eastern end is quieter both on the shores and in the restaurants, but please ask for bottled water. Lovina, Medewi, Sanur, Nusa Dua (Pricey) are all good beaches. Sukawati and Celuk have both oriental and native ornamental jewellery. Kuta is a good place to shop but remember to bargain if it is outside a shop. Gitgit is a lovely waterfall. Kintamani is a good look-out spot for the Volcano as is Penelokan for gazing at Mt. Batur. If you have more time to visit other places in Indonesia, you could visit Yogyakarta and Borbodur.

SenorJalapenoParticipantMy parents moved to the city before I was born but most of my relatives on either side still live in villages, mostly farming and fishing. Each summer I would go and spend a few weeks at my grandmother's place. Since we do not have electricity, most people bring their cots and sleep outside at night. One night, my brothers and I carried our neighbor's son -who was a pain in the hindside- a few hundred meters and left him underneath this huge tamarind tree in the fields far from his house. An hour or so later, we heard these blood-curdling screams and boy we were dying from laughter. What we did not know was that someone apparently hung themselves to death on that very tree.
I was unceremoniously beat up once I went back to the city. It was a painful beating, but it was no comparison to the laughter that event still evokes to this day.

SenorJalapenoParticipantOye! Rani ji! I think you must have mixed up some stuff in that post. You accidentally gave mine to Ness and hers to me. I am lovable, thoughtful and give good advice (though I do not practice what I preach but that is a separate issue to be discussed at a latter time).
