Some how I am having trouble picturing the hero asking the heroine to fasten the bracelet around his ankles. Are you sure he is saying baandh mere pairon mei paayaliyaa? It sounds more logical for him to say baandhoon tere pairon mei paayaliyaa which would mean let me fasten the bracelet around your ankle. Any way I have translated it as much as I could.

I don’t mind translating the songs. I just find it irritating when I find 9 requests for the same song because that tells me that others are not even trying to find the song. I don’t mind helping out but I don’t like to feel that people are being lazy and taking advantage of me.

However, you should point her to the site if you know that the song she is looking for is there. The last time I checked hindilyrix.com did not provide translations which is what she is looking for.

If it is not the right song then please provide some additional information about your song. Unfortunately in Hindi songs they often use similar opening lines so it is hard to tell what you are looking for.
