I am going to try it but I have to tell you that the version I found to listen to was far from perfect so the first line of the song may not be 100% accurate. I will put what I thought I heard.
The movie is Phagun from 1958 starring Madhubala and Bharat Bhushan. The music was composed by O. P. Nayyar and the lyrics by Qamar Jalalabadi. The singers are Asha Bhonsle and Mohammad Rafi.

You are most welcome. As far as the quick response goes, it is just a coincidence that I saw your request shortly after you posted it. As it happens, I was familiar with the song so it was not too hard to come up with the lyrics. Translating is pretty easy when correct lyrics are provided. This is why I always tell people that if they provide the lyrics they have a much better chance of receiving a prompt response. You were just lucky that I knew this song.

It is surprising that you know Hindi / Urdu as well as English and yet you are unable to translate your own poems. I would have thought that you are the best person to translate them since you know exactly what you are trying to convey. On the other hand some times I have to guess what you are trying to say. Perhaps you should try it some time.
