Sweets, thats the thing people dont understand. Materialistic things- do they really matter? this is the question people forget in thier ‘pride’. They think they’re never going to leave- in the spree of the moment. All these rich people- are they REALLY rich. im not saying that owning money to survive is bad- but people who waste money like leaves… that really makes me think. Sum say they earn for their offspring or their grandchildren… but then those are the exact people who sometimes take tht wealth for granted. But, ur Bhapa hasnt left with nothing… he’s taken your prayers with him and he will still receive them every time you remember him and smile. Celebrate his life, the goodness he may have poured into ur life. I dont believe in crying… I did wen my daijaan passed away, but not for long. She was a very jovial person, cracked silly jokes and really made me laugh with her Urdu/punjabi mixed one liners! i still laugh sumtimes thinking of them. Its a way of life Heera- and remember, Souls connect. There is some sort of ‘one-ness’ with everyone we love I think, not just have ONE person, but many. There’s a part of you soul which is in ‘one’ with ur Bhapa ji. Seek his blessings in your prayers. I can empathise with you Heera, coz i know wot u mean.
