but 1 thing i must say — definitely NO expecting anything in return from a pereson if you love them – you will give yr heart & be wonderful to them leading to make their life easier & this shud make you yrself happy by itself …b/c you love that person & you want them to be alright
when i said 'distances' i dont mean you have to 'do work & struggle to love thta particular person' b/c then what u said wud be right…yu shud consider some questions of if yr certain abt the person or not

~~ as for the milk..well yesh you can do that milk is NOT YUCK – just make sure it is WARMED – if you just boil it it will have a different taste, you boil it – leave it a lil while to cool a bit – add some sugar n maybe some vanilla extract or something & it will taste like wonders!!! remember it HAS TO BE WARM THOUGH !
and you know what i do most times – when you lay down and you know that you have to sleep right = u shud totally try to relax YOUR WHOLE BODY from your head way down to yr cute lil toes — just mentally say that my head is relaxed and sort of 'feel' that your head becoming relaxed, then mentally say that your neck is relaxed, then 'feel' it becoming relaxed all the way down & then yr whole body hopefully would feel relax & at least yr mind would be relaxed itself..n want yr body to relax too!
