Hey Boo, not much going on for me right now, just the same old stuff (which I don’t mind, enjoying the time off and being able to do what I want). That is awesome, I want to watch ER too, but don’t want to spend all my time watching TV lol.

I absolutely LOOOOVVVVEEE Modern Family!! I started watching it this summer, and I can’t believe I was missing out on such a funny and entertaining show. And because the episodes are only 20ish minutes long, I don’t feel bad about watching them almost everyday lol. I am almost done season 2, so gotta start downloading more episodes :p. Btw, you have good taste in tv shows!

One of my favorite moments this summer was swimming in the ocean at Turks and Caicos. Feeling the hot summer sun on my face, while in the crystal blue water and forgetting everything. Just savoring the moment – it was magical. It was a moment and a trip that I will never forget.

I want to recommend the Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins! It’s supposed to be a “young” adults series about a post-apocalyptic world, where everything is controlled central government. I was hooked from the first few pages, and read all three books within a week. The books are gripping, full of surprises and brilliantly written. If you have time to read these books, give them a shot, I’m sure you will enjoy them 🙂

Boo: No, I don’t have definite plans yet. I’ve been talking to a couple cousins about possibly going towards the end of this year or beginning of next year, nothing is final or decided yet. I always thought that when I reached this stage in my life, I’d travel a bit. I may go to Punjab, but I really want to check out the rest of India. Have a list of cities I want to visit though. Hope it happens; if not India then somewhere in europe… or maybe vegas again!

Some of the scenes in the movie were shocking (as it is still a “bollywood” movie), and its understandable why it was given an “A” (adults only) certificate. And while personally I think it could’ve been dialed down a little, I think it’s the artists/directors/crews/etc. vision and I respect it for what it is. It was a refreshing, but not groundbreaking movie.
