i am not 100% sure abt the song which u r looking for… but your description certainly pulls out a song from my memory…
It's a bollywood Hindi film: Golmaal (released in 2006)
Paresh Rawal was in the song, don't know the heroine of the song… Paresh Rawal was describing his love story to some young guys, so whenever they were going to flashback mode, it was becoming black n white. the song was like this:
