I just hope there won't be any leaf on the rail and that the trains won't have square wheels when you will (they use these excuses when the trains aren't on time or not riding at all)… I had e new one, last saturday!!! We stopped, just 500 metres outside the station. Someone had pulled the emergency brake…

And your dad… he's sweet!!! At least he brought you SOMETHING!! He has been thinking of you, although he didn't noticed that you prefered a bag, or shoes, or some make-up maybe… I think it's sweet, he DID boutght you something, in the short time he was there… My dad used to go on businesstrips a lot when I was younger (8, 9, 10 years old). He always brought me and my sister some stuff, from each country where he had been (I have this lovely porcelain Chinese doll, I love it!). He changed his job, but one or two years ago, he had to go abroad again, by accident. He had been gone for 9 days, and when he came back… he brought me nothing!!! I was SO disappointed! And it became even more worse, when I found out the colleague he was with had brought his daughter along!
So, you better be happy with your USB stick! (but, if you don't mind, I will shop for a bag when I go to Paris next week
