Are you going to wear one of these Leeuwehose? (Leewehose is making fun of the German word Lederhose, a real tight leather trousers. A “leeuw” in Dutch in lion. We have this orange supporterstrousers, the same “model” as the german lederhoses, but with a Lions tale at the back. The Lion is a Dutch symbol. So it’s a German trouwsers, in a dutch color, with a Dutch symbol. During the Word Cup/European Cup we dutchies almost give our lives to beat the Germans. And they are dying to beat us…

and that reminded me of what u said… i know bolly isnt a good reflection of real life, but (as i was telling someone yesterday) there are certain aspects and little points to it that just go straight to your heart. that was how i first started loving Bollywood…

i mean, i knew people who liked Bollywood, and i did go to the cinemas to see it with them. but it was nothing more that Indian Films to me at that time. i liked them, sure, but i never was so passionate about them. but there was one movie that just went straight to my heart. and made me cry for the first time in a Bolly movie ( the SHOCK… !!). and it was from then on i started to get more and more into Bollywood, and it was after that obviously, i found this site.

I recognise your story SO much! It just describes my own situation, how I got to know Bollywood, the songs, the movies, and how they got to my heart. I so lost my heart on Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, hahahahaha, I guess the last thing I will see in this life will be Shah Rukh and Kajol in their field with yellow flowers

And about this site, I was also so happy to come here. When I came here life seemed to be worse than ever, and there were days this forum was my only moment of joy. It’s so good to hear other people have the same experience. I talked about this forum yesterday with a friend of mine, and he asked me why I still come here. In his opinion my life is much better now, so I don’t need your help anymore to feel better. I explained you guys became my friends, and a important part of my life. He didn’t understand, but he was happy for me. And so am I!!

Hahaha, that’s exactely where I got it from! Man, I loved that mini serial!! Have you seen it? I guess it was on the telly about 3 years ago… When I was 17… I used to work in a supermarket, till 9 o’clock. The 10th Kingdom started at half pas 9, so I always had to hurry home after work, hahahahaha.
