What is wrong with the German language! The more I read it, the more I love it… Well, there is nothing really WRONG with it.. It just sounds like nothing, and I think I'm just jealous, haha, because I never learned it properly. Once, when I was in a shop in the Netherlands, I asked a (very cute) shopkeeper how to say “thank you” in Dutch… I didn't think “danke schoen” would go down too well hmmm… haha, anyway.. so yes, that's all the Dutch I know –> Dank je wel! At least, I think that is what it is… been a year or so now since all this happened… Dank je wel is completely correct. Many people in India know dank je wel, everybody asked me how they should say thank you. Do you also know how to pronounce it, Boo, or just how to write it?

I was just watching DDLJ today (well, a part of it)… made me realise how much I want to run away and go on a holiday. The last time I went on a holiday – a proper holiday, not just visiting relatives, etc. – was uhm… er… I really can't remember! Probably Netherlands (and Belgium, and Norddeutschland!)… wouldn't it be amazing to disappear off to a little village in Europe (thinking DDLJ here…)… That's not Europe dear, where they hang around all the time. Here in Europe, we call that Switserland Why, please tell me why, all those Indian movies which are shot in “Europe”, always take place in Switserland??? When people in India asked me if I came from Europe, they always asked “Switserland?” as second question… *shakes head*

I really should show you guys some pics… I wrote my name on a graffiti wall-thing there (can't remember if it was Belgium or Holland now… )… you know the type… “X was here 07” or whatever… looking back on it, I should have written a cool message… about love or something… all I did was sign my name… bah! Useless. Great Boo! Now I will feel the need to examine every graffiti wall I see, just to check if I see something, some name, that could be written by you….

You know in shops, you get small notebooks where you can test the pen before buying it…. do you guys ever write anything random in there… (or is that just me? Haha!)? Just you. And me, hahaha

I would love to visit a small town that borders between France and Belgium/Germany/Switzerland… wouldn't it be awesome to go into a cafe and speak in a mixture of French and German and know the other person understands you! Uhm.. no, it wouldn't

I think I WILL get it in French… because the original is in French and I want to read it in French (armed with a French dictionary, though..). I was given a book voucher (I don't know how much it holds in it though! ) thing from these ladies for helping them with something.. yay! Thought I might as well spend it on something special… 'he' (lolol… sigh!) loves The Little Prince and asked me to read it, so… *sigh*
