The winner for best costume at the Filmfare Awards 2012 is Niharika Khan for The Dirty Picture. Must have been a task to create costumes that were sexy, just the right amount of revealing (keeping the character in mind), but yet not tipping over into too vulgar. And Vidya Balan sure did rock ‘em!
