Are you a “chutney” fan? I'm from Trinidad….i personally think the lyrics are usually poor and most times are an insult to the very indian people that sing it…and they don't even recognise it! There are some stand-out artists but on the whole…i think the standard of the lyrics in these songs and the message they promote must be carefully examined.
