Can someone please translate this beautiful naat for me…

The lyrics are as follows:

Yas Rab ke wali Sare Nabi tere dar ke sawali

Jalwae hain sare tere hi dam se
Abad-e Alam tere karam se2
Baki ek shair, nakshey khayali
sare Nabi tere dar ke sawali

Tere liye hi duniya bani hai
Neelay faak ki chadar tanee hai 2
Tu agar na hota, duniya thi khali
Sare Nabi tere dar ke sawali

Tuney jahan ki mehfil saja ee
Tarikiyon mein shama jala-e 2
Har simt chayee,
Raat kaali sare Nabi tere dar ke sawali

This is a very beautiful Naat, but the urdu is very intricate and difficult for me… I only understand a few lines in the third verse. I'll try and see if I can get someone else I know to translate it for you Insha'Allah .
