I believer the word beasar is the combination of be and asar

Asar means effect. Like “Dava asar ho raha hai.” The medicine is working/effective.

BE makes it negative, so beasar, not effective.

The next word, chuninda, I think comes from chun (choose/select) and that chuninda means selected.

Here's my take on the lyrics from the link posted with a few edits:

Maut sharminda, jism jaan – 2

Death is embarassed, the body and life

      Sab zinda hain

      Everyone is alive

Hawa kafan hain, saansein dafan hain – 2

Wind is coffin, breaths are buried

      Mitti mitti hain sab

      Dust dust are all

Zinda hu main kiske liye – 3

For who's sake am i alive

Chot yeh chuninda, zakhma ka – 2

This pain chosen, by the wound

      Shaukh zinda hain

      The desire/interest is alive

nabj zehar hain, bahe dard hain – 2

Nerves are poison, arms are hurt

      Mitti mitti hain sab

      Dust dust are all

Zinda hu main kiske liye – 3

For who's sake am i alive

Beasar hai sab kuch yeh, khuda – 2

      Ineffective is all this, Khuda

      Sharminda hai

      It is embarassed

Hawa kafan hain, saansein dafan hain – 2

Wind is coffin, breaths are buried

      Mitti mitti hain sab

      Dust dust are all

Zinda hu main kiske liye – 3

For who's sake am i alive

Keep in mind these are very literal translations.

      Like when she is saying:
      Chot yeh chuninda, zakhma ka/
      Shaukh zinda hain

She's saying the The interest/desire of the Wound to pick pains is alive.
