The reason you have not gotten a response is because it is an old song and so the translation is not found on http://www.bollywhat.com which is where many of the translations are cut and pasted from. The only way you would get a quick response would be if some one had requested it recently and then others would be able to cut and paste it for you or point you to the post or site where it can be found. It is a lovely song which goes back to the 60s.
