      All time best actresses in my opinion; not necessarily the top right now; but during their Reign, could be referred to as the best: Hence my all times best would be:

      (1) Meena Kumari

      (2) Vijyanthimala

      (3) Waheeda Rehman

      (4) Nutan

      (5) Mumtaz

      (6) Shabana Azmi

      (7) Madhuri Dixit
