      I’m looking for a song but I don’t remember
      the lyrics very well it’s something like >> tum be ho hum
      be ho ( single voice )>> & in the middle of song
      the corals say: mashur hum afsani… bla bla bla

      The singer’s voice like shaan or Kay Kay.. I don’t know[xx(]

      Unfortunately I can not find any songs that meet your description fully. There are two songs that are closely match the opening lyrics but neither seems to have the chorus singing those other lines. Even though these are probably not it here are the two songs I found:

      Abhijeet & Shreya Ghoshal sang tum bhee ho mai bhee hoon in “Mai Hoon Naa”.
