  ive tried looking for the translation for the word “gela” in hindi but i cant find it. i heard it in the song “gela gela gela” by Aitaaz. does anyone here know the meaning? Thankx

  The translations of the songs from Aitraaz were posted some time back. If you look at the following post you will find that song:

  However, I noticed that whoever translated it did not translate the world Gila. I have not seen the movie so I do not know if that word had any significance or not. The word Geela in Hindi means wet. The word Gila in Urdu means complaint. Neither one seems to fit with this song. It is quite possible that those words were picked just to rhyme with the following words which were mila mila mila.
